Long-time Pierce sales organization in southern Wisconsin awarded new territory in Iowa.
APPLETON, Wis. (May 18, 2011) – Pierce Manufacturing, an Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE:OSK) company, today announced the expansion of the sales territory of Reliant Fire Apparatus, Inc. to represent the Pierce brand in the state of Iowa in addition to its present territory of southern Wisconsin.

The very popular GEN-2 hands free SCBA brackets are now available through Reliant for retrofitting into your existing trucks. These new brackets are fully NFPA 1901 compliant but require no straps or mechanical locks that require the firefighter to fumble around trying to release their SCBA from the seat. Simply lean forward with the SCBA and the bracket releases you from the seat, yet locks the SCBA in place in the event of a vehicle collision.
